    Embarking upon the therapy journey can be incredibly vulnerable and cause understandable hesitation. I deeply respect and admire the courage of each and every individual I have worked with over the last 10 years, and I admire YOU for being here.

    Since telehealth services have expanded as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, therapy is more accessible than ever before. Whether you are interested in virtual or in-person therapy, there are options for you at Free to Feel Wellness.

  • group therapy

    Group therapy can be a helpful way to process in community with others who share similar challenges.

    The current group offering is on Women’s Well-being. The group is a 6-week series and is offered to all female-identifying individuals who would like support in optimizing their holistic wellness.

I am now open for individual supervision, group clinical supervision, and consultation for therapists.

I aim to cultivate an embodied, holistic perspective on supervision that encourages pre-licensed practitioners to develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and insight about who they are as clinicians and as individuals.
