These words came to me from a colleague; a wise woman who had heard them from another wise woman and passed them along until they reached me.

I resonated so deeply with the sentiment.

What a relief and a privilege it is to give ourselves permission to feel free!

A luxury many of us have never been afforded, or do not believe we want, need, or deserve.

My goal with Free to Feel Wellness is to permit, allow, and support every being
in feeling free and being free to feel.

Though we are more than just our physical beings, we must nurture
our bodies and minds
to stay healthy and live freely.
